The typical daily dose is as with my other multi’s in the past: 6 caps daily taken in 2 dived doses of 3 caps with food. If you do want to take them all at once ( I do for convenience but then again I have no trouble swallowing pills!) take them with breakfast.
The other thing you should know and, frankly, this will be the case until I can re establish my business full force ( which thanks to you is not going to take long!) is that quantities are limited.
