1. Shipping
Carrier and packaging
We ship every order via USPS in recyclable packaging, with a tracking number sent to your email.
Processing time
We aim to ship every order within 1 business day. Orders placed on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday ship the following business day at the earliest.
We hit that target the vast majority of the time. Occasionally a high-volume day, a federal holiday week, or a stock issue means an extra day or two. If your order is delayed for any reason, we'll email you with the expected ship date and offer a refund if the wait isn't acceptable.

Transit times are estimates from USPS and not guaranteed. Severe weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can extend delivery.
Free shipping
Orders of $99 or more (U.S. orders only, before tax) ship free. Orders below $99 are charged standard USPS rates calculated at checkout.
Canada
We ship to Canada via USPS, with handoff to Canada Post for in-country delivery. Typical transit is about two weeks once the package leaves the United States.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Canada are the customer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We have no way to predict or pre-pay these charges. Refusing delivery to avoid duties does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
Other international destinations
We ship to many countries outside the U.S. and Canada via USPS. Transit time varies widely; estimates are shown at checkout based on your address. All international customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
Heads up for EU and UK customers: We do not currently maintain GDPR-specific consent flows. Our products and Site are designed for U.S. and Canadian customers. EU and UK customers ordering from us do so at their own initiative and should review our Privacy Policy before checkout.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can also view tracking by signing in at /my-account/ and opening the order, or by entering your order number on our /order-tracking/ page.
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and contents and email doc@thelongevityedge.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
- Lost in transit: If USPS tracking shows your package as lost or hasn't updated for 10+ business days, email us. We'll work with USPS and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement.
- Marked delivered but missing: Please first check with everyone at your address, your neighbors, and your mail carrier — most “missing” packages turn up within 24 hours. If it still hasn't appeared 48 hours after the carrier marked it delivered, email us and we'll help you file a USPS claim and decide on a replacement.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every bottle. Try us for 30 days from the delivery date. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase — even if you've opened the bottle.
A few things to know:
- The guarantee runs 30 days from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered, not from the date you ordered.
- It applies to the first order of any supplement you've purchased from us. We trust you to give the product an honest try.
- Opened bottles are accepted. Most supplements take 2–4 weeks of consistent use to evaluate, so we'd rather you actually try the product than return it sealed.
- It applies to one bottle per product type per customer. Repeat returns of the same product to the same customer aren't covered.
- Shipping charges aren't refunded unless the return is for a defective or damaged product or our error.
Subscriptions — how the guarantee applies
If you start a Subscribe & Save subscription, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first shipment of that subscription. Subsequent renewal shipments are not refundable.
You can always avoid an unwanted renewal by pausing, skipping, or cancelling your subscription from /my-account/subscriptions/ before the next charge date. We send a reminder email a few days before each renewal so you have time to decide.
If a renewal ships and you didn't want it, we'll cancel the subscription going forward at no charge, but we cannot refund the shipment that already went out.
3. How to start a return
You must contact us before sending anything back. This isn't bureaucracy — it lets us issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, confirm the right return address, and make sure we can process your refund quickly when the package arrives.
- Email doc@thelongevityedge.com with the subject line “Return Request — Order #[your order number]”.
- Tell us briefly what you're returning and why. If it's defective or damaged, please include photos.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and return instructions.
- Pack the product securely with the RMA number visible on the outside or inside of the package, and ship it to the address we give you.
- Once the return arrives and we confirm its condition, we'll process your refund (see Refunds below).
Returns received without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.

4. Who pays return shipping

We recommend returning via a method with tracking. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit when you arrange the shipping.
5. Refunds
Processing time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we issue refunds within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer typically takes another 3–5 business days to post it to your account. End-to-end, plan on 1–3 weeks from the day you drop your package off.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If the card you used has been cancelled or expired, contact us and we'll work out an alternative (typically store credit or a check, at our discretion).
Partial refunds
We may issue a partial refund when only some of the items in a multi-product order are returned, or when shipping was charged separately and the return is not due to a defect or our error.
6. What's not returnable
- Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
- Bottles past their expiration date.
- Bottles that are visibly tampered with in a way that wasn't disclosed when the return was requested.
- Promotional / “free with purchase” items when only the promotional item is returned (you'll need to return the full order to get the full refund).
7. Order cancellation before shipment
If you need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet, email us at doc@thelongevityedge.com as quickly as possible — we typically ship within 1 business day, so the window is short. If we can catch the order in time, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the regular return process applies.
8. Address changes
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at doc@thelongevityedge.com. We'll change it if the order hasn't shipped. If it has, we may be able to redirect it via USPS, but we can't guarantee that — please double-check your address at checkout.
9. Subscription address and payment changes
You can update the shipping address and payment method on any active subscription yourself from /my-account/subscriptions/. Changes made before the next renewal date apply to that renewal.
