How to Safely Enhance Your Personal Bests

I have given you a few updates on my Energy X Maxx oral ATP compound. Most recently I wrote the 2-month update. It occurred to me you may not know how it works or whether it is really for you.

So who is Energy X Maxx for? First, you need to be athletic, or at least training. If you are completely sedentary or simply fatigued, you would be better served by Toco Q. If you are working out and you do not want to use banned substances like anabolic steroids, or pre-workouts loaded with caffeine, this one is for you.

One caveat: it does not work instantly like a stimulant. You have to take it for around 4 to 6 weeks before the real benefits show up. For me this has been worth it.

The active ATP ingredient in Energy X Maxx has been studied for several useful properties I can personally attest to.

First, it appears to prevent the loss of muscle excitability after repeated bouts of exercise. Say you are doing 440-yard repeats on the track (these days more likely 400 meters unless you have an old cinder track handy like I do), or repeated pull-ups. By the third or fourth set, fatigue and loss of muscle excitability start to dominate. Oral ATP supplementation appears to prevent that for several more cycles, which is useful for both strength and endurance training.

Second, the Wingate test is often used as a measure of maximal power output. In the study referenced below, ATP supplementation improved Wingate results and increased peak power output.

The other day I was looking at some races I used to run 15 or 20 years ago. Some of them are still around. I looked at my age range and the times. If I could run an 8-minute mile pace in a 10K I could finish near the front of my age group. I am into my third month of Energy X Maxx and only my second week of speed training, and I believe I will hit that mark.

What is ironic to me is that I find this compound supports endurance performance and muscle recovery, in addition to the strength work.

We all need to exercise. You already know that. Why not get the most out of your body without risking dangerous side effects?
