I have finished, inspected and corrected everything that needs to be in place for the launch of my newest product!

I will explain why this was the Second hardest thing to complete and what was the first in a minute.

The typical daily dose is as with my other multi’s in the past: 6 caps daily taken in 2 diveided doses of 3 caps with food.  If you do want to take them all at once ( I do for convenience but then again I have no trouble swallowing pills!) take them with breakfast.
