What is the optimal daily dose and protocol?
For general health maintenance and achieving a favorable Omega-3 Index, a daily dose of 4 capsules is recommended. For a more therapeutic effect, or to actively correct a high Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio, 6 capsules are optimal.
