By now we are all obviously aware of the Coronavirus and its impact well beyond important health concerns, and the unprecedented response from local, state, and federal governments.
We have seen shortages and empty shelves in the grocery stores, our favorite bars and restauraunts shutting down, and now we are seeing entire states being shut down. Many of you may also be aware that Carbon County (our home county) is surrounded by counties that have issued “shelter in-place” mandates, and we expect us to be next.
If you’ve been reading, you already know my views on this entire situation. I realize that there is a lot of concern and anxiety out there, and I want to assure you that The Longevity Edge is well ahead of the curve on this one.
No doubt you are concerned how this will impact what we can do for you. Please be assured that we are confident that we are considered an “essential business”, and as such we will continue to operate as normally as we can while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety in our facilities.
This doesn’t mean that we won’t experience some production related issues as a result. You’ve seen a few of my emails mentioning the run on our products. We are already experiencing raw material shortages, delays, and price increases which we expect to continue and potentially get worse. We have very experienced staff in our Supply Chain department and we are utilizing every resource, contact, and special favor to maintain the flow of products to you. We stand firm on holding pricing for all of our existing subscribers, so if ever there was a time to lock in a price, it’s now.
Just today I’ve offered a special on the Immortality Edge Packs. These use ingredients that are hard to source and expensive to acquire. I genuinely believe in their effectiveness, now more than ever, and even if they end up costing us more in the future, I want to get them into as many hands as possible when they are needed most.
If you are struggling financially, please reach out to my staff, we’ll do everything within reason to help out.
I am taking every precaution as dictated by the CDC, health professionals, and of course my own rigorous standards. We have removed all outside visitors to our facilities to avoid unnecessary exposures. And we maintain a scrupulous cleansing routine which we have stepped up even more (using only natural non toxic anti-bacterials and anti-virals).
We also are following through with proper personal sanitation and hygiene in addition to frequent, thorough sanitation. The good news is that we follow these protocols as a normal part of our daily business, so we are already ahead of the curve.
We will of course keep you updated as things change, but please be assured we are still here working for you, and we will do our best to make sure you have what you need, when you need it.
We will fill back orders as soon as products arrive and I expect many of them to be here long before the end of this epidemic, so act now and rest easy!!!
