I did not invent the term segment intending and I’m not sure who did but…. I practice it quite a bit.
One segment is the season. Right now, we are about to change that!
So, in approaching any segment the first thing to do is to decide what you want to do in this segment. This is lined on either side by the things that “must be done” and then the non sequiturs, the things that “come out of the blue” and are not anticipated.
Sometimes one thing wins out big time and a lot or a little gets done. This then gives you and I the sense of control or lack of it in our lives.
By far the biggest factor is not chance, but focus. The ironed willed people will stay focused and complete what they want. The rest of humanity will get tossed from side to side and often feel powerless and victimized.
Hey as they say “Shxt happens!” but in many cases we can impact on it with focus.
This is one of the main reasons I make Brain Force One. Memory improvement, creativity and higher level thinking notwithstanding, focus is a great benefit from this supplement.
It helps me get rid of distracting thoughts and if I do go down the garden path of repeating things or mulling over stuff that I’ve already decided or dealt with it helps me recognize it faster and shut down what has become known as the “monkey mind”.
If you can relate to any of this, and you feel that you have issues with attention and focus then Brain Force 1 is for you.
Whether your segment is an hour, a day, a week or a season more good things can happen when you are focused.
