Now that may not always be the case but there is something to this old adage.
Over the course of the past few months while we were waiting for the now in stock Fish Oil, I got a lot of “positive complaints” about how I really needed to get this product back into the hands of the thousands of people who have used it loyally. Some have been on it in all its iterations (there have been 4 so far) since 2003!
People noticed things like a flare up or joint pains, arthritis, allergies, migraines, mood changes, libido changes, the return of thinning hair and coarse skin, poor looking nails and constipation.
Some people even suggested these were “withdrawal symptoms”! But in point of fact these were all things they had suffered BEFORE they got on my fish oil!
In point of fact, they are not that far off. I have been asked a similar question about Telokynase and other supplements, namely “when I stop does everything fall apart and return to the way it was?!”
The simplest doctor answer is don’t stop!
While it may seem like fish oil is a panacea it’s really something more simple – an unrecognized and unacknowledged nutritional defect. Originally intended to be called “Vitamin F” fish oil was simply passed over as an essential vitamin, even though it’s composed of essential fatty acids.
This means that you have to get them from the diet or supplements, your body cannot make them.
So, you can load up on salmon, tuna, sardines and other oily fish and risk heavy metal contamination and rancidity, or you can supplement with ultra potent ultra pure encapsulated (protected from oxidation) Fish Oil and save yourself any troubles whilst knowing you are getting a specific dose that can be adjusted to suit your stress levels, the rest of the stuff in your diet or the lack of eating tons of fish!
It feels so good to be back on 6 caps a day!!!

I cannot tell you how thrilled I am that the “new normal” is returning to the old normal at least with my Fish Oil!
I’ve detailed the numerous steps we have taken to try to avoid a recurrent shortage, but ultimately no one can anticipate what new confabulated shortages and kerfuffles will be thrown our way.
